Yes it's a chatbox that says, the tab title of it is "Conversation"

To move the chat box around click on the Lock icon found at the upper corner of the main box to unlock the positioning.

Ok I can't even click it the cursor changes like 10 pixes from the inside the game and moves to my desktop I can't even click the "Conversation" chatbox I was just wondering if there's a shortcut key for it to close it.
