and how with costume google sniper?all bio5 gear can change but not google sniper...

Dip Schmidt can't either I believe (not sure about the costume Dark Illusion).
Though it makes sense to me that the 2 (or 3) that can't be converted to class bio 5 headgears are not able to be exchanged since there's no opportunity cost of their worth/value that the others have.
