It's just a global exp buff that falls off as you gain levels.

Question: how does hop, skip and jump event work? Is it a quest or an exp bonus implemented? If it's a quest where can I find the npc?

 
There is no quest, it is a global event in which required EXP for early levels is reduced. So if you would like to level new characters this will speed things up.

Why are there no geffen bounty boards for 121-129?

Can you put it closer to the geffen spawn point please?

 

The 130-150 board in particular seems pretty weak, Nightmare Wanderer are somewhat decent can only be done from 140-150 due to entrance requirement and board level cap, N. Wraiths are in the wrong board (lv.110) and already worth reduced exp by the time you can pick up the board,  N. Evil Druids are too hard to come by, and N. Mimics are worth pennies exp-wise. Perhaps you could consider increasing the end level cap to either 175 or 160 and swapping everything except N. Wanderer out for Illusion of Vampire monsters and dropping the N. Wraiths into an increased 100-130 board?

Could you look into the plates that spawn in other areas of Prontera Castle? These should have been confined to the dining hall unless they are meant to spawn in random areas outside the room. I've seen one spawn in the kitchen at random times. I also saw two spawn in the library located at the bottom right side of the main banquet hall.

May I also request an option where Benjamin Button (the npc what warps you to the Nightmare Clock Tower maps) remembers the last selected location and automatically deducts 10k zeny while warping you to said map?

also adding to this, deviruchi and marionette BB quest are missing from the 80-100 range

Would be better to just turn them to npcs and place them on the tables where plates belong  (who the hell leaves their plate on the floor)

out topic for a while, i just brought +9vanargrand helm and I was wondering if +9 vana has a high sp drain than +4 rwh with incubus pet , i don't mind about the hp drain thought , anyway thanks for answering...

I wonder why they chose to keep the hammer guy but ended ferus faire. Considering token and refine events dropped a week prior the anniversary event, and u can maybe utilize the ferus coins leftovers for buffs.

Saying that.. i am experiencing better luck with the token hammer with less people upgrading

could you double check if valkyrie and valkyrie randgris are spotlighted, please?

on average, every 5 valkyrie I kill drop 1 valk shield, which is according to 5%*3.5 (HE Gum + vip) drop rate. I would expect 35% drop rate for valk shield if Valkyrie were, in fact, spotlighted.
