It has come to my attention that in the second line of the patch notes for July 25th 2019 there is a mention of an NPC
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with item Coyote Card where it was not working as intended
- Fixed an issue with marriage NPC D'Italie to allow the correct Marriage Covenant item to be sold
I went to check out this NPC located in the Marriage Shop in prontera (89, 93) and inside the NPC named D'Italie in the corner will sell you a Marriage Covenant for 20,000,000 zeny.
As you may have seen in previous FAQs I had been asking for a method to make Marriage Covenant available in-game due to the amazing utility Marriage provides in Ragnarok Online.
To explain why I make this post and point it out everyone:
I started on iRO and my first goal was Evil Druid and 2 Snowier Cards. Snowier boosts your healing with Ice Cream by a significant amount and you have a chance to freeze (wear Marc or ED for this, or you know, go Hell poodle but the weight is also a factor and they don't drop meats the same way Snowier can make monsters you kill drop an ice cream). Ice Cream is just a great item for healing and Marriage will give you so many benefits and it was one of my first go to goals on iRO. Alas, the Marriage Covenant was only available in-game for 500 kp and it was approximately 300m to buy from vendors in-game hence I only got to do this marriage when VIP was offered for free.
In other words, this opens up the doors for people to enjoy a healing item that will take them far on iRO should they not be players that buy cash shop gears and all those other fancy things and want to make the most of the game with what's only available in-game.
Applications: Soul Linker married to a Professor, heal up from taking hits, use Health Conversion, get your SP back, heal more, tank. Cast Psychic Wave with Sorcerer without having to fear dying too much from a small mob, etc. Warp your beloved to your location, give each other HP or SP. ya know, the basics. or feel free to ask so we can get a full written explanation. (I'll make a video later on about this since it is content that is now in a way complete and can't be further expanded on. Or can It?)
Anyway, I also think we should remove Marriage Covenant from the Cash Shop as it is already available in-game. People not aware of this may spend their money but not know they could have had this as an in-game option.

Marriage Covenant, un articulo requerido para que dos personajes se puedan casar en Prontera (or en el caso de Dorams, Lasagna) esta disponible en la tienda de bodas en prontera localizada en prontera (89, 93) por solo 20,000,000 zeny. Este articulo se encuentra en el Cash Shop por 500 kafra points. Antes de este mantenimiento en el server no se habia actualizado el NPC d'Italie para que vendiera ese Marriage Covenant en el juego. Antes de esto solo estaba en el cash shop. En otras palabras, antes de este 25 de Julio, solo se podia obtener esto tras el Cash Shop. Ahora, no tienen que pagar dinero real para poder que sus personajes puedan participar en una boda jundos y casarse. Con el Matrimonio vienen beneficios y muchos usos, una cosa es Jawaii principalmente para comprar Ice Creams que se pueden usar con Snowier Card que incrementan el potencial de Ice Cream como un articulo para curar a tu personaje. Y tambien las abilidades que vienen incluidas para las parejas (y adoptar tambien pero ese es un tema para otra conversacion)
En Corto: La Tienda De Bodas de Prontera en Prontera (89, 93) (adentro del edificio, estas son las coordinadas en la Ciudad de Prontera) se encuentra la NPC llamada d'Italie que te vendera Marriage Covenant a solo 1,500,000 zeny para que personajes que no son VIP se pueden Casar. Tambien significa que Marriage Covenant ya no es un exclusivo del Cash Shop y todos se pueden Casar con sus personajes solo por pagar el precio del Marriage Covenant.
Disculpen la repeticion, pero una explicacion del tema y luego el mensaje directo es necesario para que entiendan lo que significa el mensaje escrito en Ingles y luego les puedar dar el mensaje para que sepan que ya no hay que pagar kafra points para el matrimonio.
Adicionalmente mencionenle a sus amigos de este post. Esto es por el bien de todos. En un thread de FAQs, habia pedido que hubiera un metodo de conseguir Marriage Covenant sin que fuera cash shop, meses despues esta esto y eso es buenas noticias para todos. Entonces, una vez mas, diganle a sus amigos, Marriage Covenant esta disponible en el juego ahora.
