I just started playing mechanic and a question arises, is the skill tornado axe forced element wind, force neutral or pseudo-elemental?

By testing the damage on the izlude eggs, enchanting the weapon with water element did not increase the damage, but using the skill on shadow element monsters the damage decreases and if it is frozen the damage increases.

I am not sure what fire element level the fire eggs are, but Axe Tornado does 25% more damage if you are using wind element. So you might be losing that bonus in favor of a similar water endowed buff. The damage also gets reduced if the monsters are further away.

 

AT does not naturally get forced anything. Tornado Axe is wind element.

Tornado Axe is melee physical atk and the element is based on your current weapon.

Also for elements mechanics, why you deal less damage to shadow element and frozen monsters is eventually water element while frozen.

While it was a misunderstanding,
