Why is it that whenever I try to launch the game (I just downloaded it) an error pops up that says "entry point not found"?

Currently servers are undergoing weekly maintenance so keep that in mind.
Assuming you are using AMD/Radeon GPU, try the following:
- Browse to your Ragnarok Online folder, find and rename dbghelp.dll to dbghelp.dll_old.
- Open Setup.exe as an admin, adjust graphic settings accordingly.
- Launch the game.
