No remove video show de true with the players the real true this rate is very low.

If you are having a bad streak on refining it is recommended to take a break and try again at a later time, due to the pseudo rng nature of the process.

No changes made to the refine rate, for example, if the success rate is 10% then you will have 90% chance to fail.

Should failing be constant, for the sake of sanity it is best to stop and try at a later time.

@Kirito, it's just bad luck man.  I've used more than 100 bsb trying to +9 an item before, still no luck. xD!

that's not even the worse case of a bad luck streak we've seen around here.

anyways, rates are fine, but you can believe what you want.

Personally I have gotten multiple items to +10 from +7 on BSB, in some cases straight from +0 to +10 with Safe to 7 Armor Certificates and BSB + HD elu at Blessed Hammer.

 

There are other times when, thankfully, they got stuck at +7 and I tried 5 attempts and had no jump to +8, then suddenly, +7 to +8 to +9 to +10

 

 

RNG is unpredictable. Don't get too hung up on high refines, it either happens or doesn't. It is all completely random

RNG is evil, got a valk knife to +10 in 1 try, meanwhile my mysterious muffler took 70+ attempts, lol

That's only RNG, I looted 2 hunter-fly cards in 5mins using accidental jack frost.(not interested on killing them or farming on them).

it'd be nice though if there's a way to refine without having to deal with rng. In other official RO, a refine certificate upgrades your gear all the way up to its rank. They also have +8 and +9 cert. For some reason, they change the effect in iRO. It's been forever since i last refined my own gear in iRO. Isn't there anything similar now?

@vmod oops! what i meant was "buy WP point, use it to buy something from cash shop, sell it for zeny, and use that zeny to buy gears". But that would take too many words so i shortened it to 'buy zeny and gears'.
