Like bowling bash / IB

 

which is better ?

it depend on your gears. If you have zero source of defense pierce then MTBA is better, but if you are using defense pierce somewhere else then brnhild is better.

 

Example, if i am playing BB build and use +10black feather with 2 toy rings, then i have 100% defense pierce and so brynhild is stronger. 

 

But if i am using black ribbon and 2 toy rings (no other source of defense pierce), then MTBA should be stronger generally.

Daaam, every thing with this game is so expensive -_-" so much money for gears . 

 

I guess the relatively cheaper alternative would be  -_-"  MTBA armor lol . 

 

Unfortunately I am all out of funds at the moment ,  I have neither the  ribbon nor the mtba.

 

So when i do get funds i will prioritize the MTBA and then try to get the black ribbon  since i have no source of defense pierce 

 

or if by some luck i strike rich -_-" ofc i will go for that  ice pick hat

Still thanks to your advice about the toy rings it feels a  much better leveling .

you can consider picking alternative leveling spots with good pay offs if zenny is of concern.

The easiest way to level is TI for sure, but it’s not always the most profitable (depend on what mob is in). Like for now, it’s definitely good and easy xp but the zeny reward is bad. At times like this, you can head to illusion dungeon to train instead; lesser XP but they offer misc you can sell to people and angry cards that can sell for at least 100m each card. Alternatively there’s also rockridge with the miner cards or nightmare pyramid with the ancient mummy cards etc.

Even from 150-175 NCT grind, if a person picked level 2 instead of 3 to grind at, he could earn zeny while leveling since big ben cards have value while big bell cards are basically free. I myself have like 60big bell cards in storage from my multiple character grinding and they’re all useless lol.

These grinding areas obviously aren’t optimal xp grinding spots, but that’s also why their drops remain somewhat still valuable since people won’t think of them for leveling. It’s all about the whether you want to grind faster or earn zenny along the way.

and 130 STR

 

pure SVD

with vit and dex being 60 ish

 

been looking for re-sell able gear 

( cant find a cheap black ribbon )

what do you think is a good all-round ATK shield? For 1h rune knights?

 

I am doing around 38-40k Ignition break damage in Mid TI and about  30-40k bowling bash damage.

 

Not sure if its enough to carry me to 140's

Example gear from my BB build experience 

 

100% Def bypass headgear  =>  +10 Circlet of Phoenix  , +10 Black Feather ,  or +10 Work Cap

 (In this pic  I used +10 COP because of I'm brought from my main RG) 

 

 

  I think Black Feather is a nice choice  it's give  a lot of Hit + included your Spear dynamo 

you don't have high Dex at early levels with it....  ,  gaining 50 SP per kill like CVB  

 

you can go for Elemental Armor , Evil Dragon Armor ,  Color Dresses  (Icefall for example)  or any armor you want

 

 

 

but if you want to use  other headgears  such as Black Ribbon / Bio5 hat (at late game)   for IB dmg as extra finishing skill  ,  CVB  for infinite SP  etc.

 

+9 MBTA is your choice

You don't need to +10 the weapon  for Sword Guardian card     it's still give  25% Bowling Bash damage

 

unlike True Seyren card for IB build which require +10 lv.4 weapon to access full effect

 

if you have +10 RTE  leave it  clean  or  3x AKs , 3x True Seyren   is better and easier to sell

 

 

 

RTE is good because it's one handed    you need shield to be tanky    also it's fire element by default  can boost your IB damage a little bit  and when leveling with Earth / Undead mobs  you don't need Fire Converter  like Neutral element weapons

 

also can use by other class   << If you have Stalker / Shadow Chaser   leveling by copy Bowling Bash  yeah  they can use the same set up  as your BB RK

 

 

 

Veteran Sword is fine for Bowling Bash purpose 2H Sword     

 

but I'm better looking for   Crimson 2H Sword Holy  2x Sword Guardians    (Or  Crimson Sabre if you want shield)

They are just compliment and make thing faster. MBTA is the cheapest def ignore than other gear like bs glove/abusive/all hg ignore/pdm.

Another question, for BB/IB leveing, what would be better?:
A +9 rte with 3 skel workers,
Or a +9 crimson spear with 2 skel workers?
