Both items autocast Heal Lvl. 3. Just wondering which one does it more frequently. Asking cause I have a Loli Ruri Card. Tempted to forgo that for a Leaf Cat Hat.

i cant say which auto casts more but the leafcat hat also gives a 25% exp bonus at +7 so... leaf cat FTW

context is important - class, build? Using the full Loli Ruri +other Mage Set cards?

Play style is also important..  if you're planning on getting hit a lot, Heal will proc a lot, you'll have lots of skill delay and it will be difficult to cast skills when mobbed.

 

anyway... you'll get better answers with better questions, just like your other topic. nobody understand how those 3 items are related or what class they are for or anything.

Assuming the item script of the items in rate my server are the same as iro's, they should proc at the same rate

if you are unable to afford a good armor for afk autocaster build, loli ruri its better with the lunar rainbow or ifrit mask, as Azumak state, context is important.

For active leveling, leaf cat got the exp bonus, so its your choice


hint: I pass from both, but certain answer better go to pvp and test with 100 hits on every scenario
