do u guys remember when the lower head gear panda balloon(or was it something else?) is suppose to have +1 aspd? people went crazy thats its too OP.. lol damn those days are over.

 

those days were we migrated from pRO specially that we have +12 gears , players got angry and want our items to be deleted while now they have gears +15 refine and ocp lower headgears has a aspd effect...

What was changed about him? looks like his list is exactly the same as it was.

Only difference I notice is there are crime scene guards standing on the same cell as the other npc's

Can you guys at least move the guards a few cells below? I have to either zoom in or pan the camera and hover the mouse about to speak to the npcs for the exp buff.

 

Scratch that. The npcs are clickable and I have to hover to click the guards instead which is okay with me, but still move them a little. Thanks.

Well, I see we have new setting for music to play for the "friday the 13th event", so are the new npc's not going to be accessible until midnight server time tonight? I'm assuming that is what the deal is, despite the crime scene guards already being here?

Yeah, didn't think about that til reading some more of the quest info, but "midnight tonight" on a post from yesterday is kinda sloppy for a forum post, lol.
