i have a flamel and toy ring and 2x recovery rings and an erde.  

But isia Rune - disables SP regeneration and reduces sp item effectiveness by 50% -----

 

I am unable to decided if is  effective to use it  because there is nothing that boosts sp item effectiveness

 

I seem to be using a lot more sp items with the vitality rune .. but , I noticed that i always end up spamming more white pots when tanking mobs 

since i don't wear an immune/deviant  and my only source of damage reduction is a hodermlin for 15% against all races ...

 

 

if the Isia rune actually added +30 VIT like turistus rune - it would of course be good.

 

what runes do you use as a DB RK?

Hagalaz rune seems to be fairly decent , saves up on some pots ... and allows us to tank a bigger mob.

Isia is worth it if you're using pots. Personally I find most runes not worth using nowadays.

pots and something like deviant/ immune/dps manteau ..

 

I just  realized hagalaz rune is OP for rich people who can afford assumptio scrolls ( or have a party/slave with a  HP/AB)

Damage reduction is nice, but it's rarely necessary as a DB RK. And 100 Mdef can be reached without Hagalas these days which was its main use case. I only use it for tanking Sniper MVP at Bio4 instance, along with Assumptio scroll.

for the most part you only  pop Hagalaz, and only if you need the mdef for stonecurse/freeze immunity.

Wow did not know it was easy to get 100 MDEF  these days.

 

and also forgot that 100 MDEF  freeze stonecurse immunity -_-" this would have saved me so much grief in the Turn in's -_-"
