Now do we have any issue with AsiaPay ?

Hello, 

Last  2 week ago , I still topup WPE by AsiaPay without any problem.
By the way start from this week , I start to have problem.
When I login , It not show any payment option for AsiaPay.

At first I think maybe come from connection issue. But I still can see option to payment by Boku mobile in Malaysia Ringgit currency.

Do we have any issue on this matter or not ?
Could you please check and confirm ?

Greetings,

AsiaPay tends to disappear and reappear as it is maintained by third party gateway system. Do note the option is extremely sensitive to your geographical location, service provider as well as settings to web browser. Anything that seems off will send a red flag. If the option is not available within 2 days from this report please look into the available payment options to your region. For the time being, I have forwarded your report to our staff for investigation, it is highly likely you will need to ticket in the report detail to WP payment department for proper follow up.

Update:

holyelf, the staff has kindly asked to send in a support ticket providing the following detail:

  • Screenshot of the login/payment page (not showing Asia Pay)
  • Country of access

Based on the provided info the staff will carry an investigation.
