In anticipation for TLAP, I would like to know what setup will you be using this year given that we have substantial amount of new gears.

I'm thinking of running it with the following:

Class: GX
Headgear: +9 Magician Knit hat
Mid/low: gambler set/mob set
Armor: +9 Abyss dress
Main Weapon: +12 Drake effect VM with Ak
Off-hand: lord sakray with 3 aks
Garmet: +10 Leviathan muffler
Boot: +9 temp luk lucky day
Accessory: temp ring/pdm
Shadow: +27 physical set,+18 lib set, +9 critical armor.

What is your set?

What would you change from mine?

WL with WB setup, but tbh, it will be a cat thing on every party, lets be honest here.

BTW, WLs may have a drain %HP skill too, needs to use hell inferno, the thing here is: the instance may become bugged if the last hit the mob receives is the burn status wich kills it, it doesnt trigger the NPC with treasures and you are in a cage, so its useful to drain fast, but on last hits better dont.

Top: +11 Celine Ribbon of water
Middle: Sunglasses of water/gemstone
Low: Mob Scarf
Armor: +11 Flattery INT3/Naght Seiger (dont have any other lol)
Staff: +14 La'Cryma Stick
Shield: +12 Mad Bunny Special
Garment: +12 Cloak Of Survival (FW Larva Card)
Shoes: +7 Pororoca Shoes
Acce1: Celine Brooch Elvira Card
Acce2: Magician Glove Elvira Card
Magical Shadow Set +9
Immune Shadow Armor, Aethena Shadow Shield, Champ Shadow Shoes, +1% MATK on Top/middle, Low with SP Recover 1, Garment shadow aspd1


in your case, since the mob is weak to status and stuffs, use leech end poison, its cheap, easy to brew, useful to drain HP. Most of the GX forgot they have poisons

Eh but if the new TLAP event follows the same mechanics as the previous one, then wouldn't that mean the enemies this time will be Boss-protocol too?

That would mean status effects still won't work for TLAP
