Why ninjas are so ignored on iRO? They have bugged skills (like Swirling Petal don't proc leech effects or Ninpou 3rd tier skills with incorrect bonus damage from amulets), they don't have good equipments for them (like Spell Circuit).

 

Can we have some love, please?

i was pretty bummed when they released a new acc  rasen fuma orb for swirling petal skills, it only reduce it cooldown by 0,1sec (from 3sec CD), but the other buff quite nice though like +5% atk, some hp leech, sp restore and cast time reduction. but i really hope it gave reduce cd by 1 sec so we can have at least 1 sec cd swirling petal (1sec from golden set and the other 1sec from rasen fuma orb)

Im guessing swirling petal have much less cooldown there in jRO (maybe about 0.5-1sec ish?), just like prism scarf reduces only 0.2s cooldown for AS, which is understandable because jRO AS only have 0.5 cooldown

Because we got the item as it how works on jRO, most likely they wont custom change the effect in iRO

Yeah, Swirling Petal in jRO has only 0.5 seconds cool down. On the other hand, ours have 3.0 seconds, and 0.1 second reduction does not make any noticeable difference.

It would be great if change Rasen Fuma's Orb to have 0.5 to 0.8 cool down reduction of Swirling Petal each.

well, kRO has made swirling petal into a nuke, so i don't think CD reduction will happen (so soon)

ooo they changed the damage display to show above 1b finally but we dont have those kro gear/class shadolw sets no nuke for iro

I'm sure that Cross Slash K/O got some love in KRO.

On 185/65 of expanded classes patch. Cooldown of Cross Slash has been reduced to 3.1 seconds (from 5 seconds).

Then

Kagerou Shadow Armor & Kagerou Shadow Shoes set reduces skill cooldown by 1 more second.

Dual dagger set Kiri no Tsuyu & Surudoi Kaze reduces skill cooldown by another 2 seconds.

So. Only 0.1 seconds cooldown remains.

 

 

In case of Swirling Petal. The highest cooldown reduction is from new shuriken in EP 17.2 "Wrath Wheel" (2 seconds).
