Hello everybody:

I just finished my quest for GX and im planning to do a RC build.

This is my first time using a 3rd job and im kinda lost in what i should invest my stat and skills on, and the builds saved on forums are kinda old.

 

EDIT: Moslty focused as a PvE/MvP build rather than PvP/WoE

Right now im like this, and these are my skills:

What are your funds like? Weapon you have now is fine for RC. Just EDP and you'll kill pretty much everything within a few spins.
If you can afford it get Oni horns or rideword hat/ evil dragon armor.
Once you reach 120 get a Thanatos katar.
Heroic backpack is a great armor.

At least 80-90 in str agi vit dex

Check enforcer shoes on what GX skills to get, enough point to play with RC/MA, later build toward dark claw and hallucination walk

Katar mastery 7, reduce point from cloaking and enchant poison to get poison react 10

Funds right now are arround the 40m mark, not that much, but i should consider saving for those two headgears.

 

The thing is i dont know how to get the most of the build.

 

 

Dunno if this is ok, and ive read a lot of stuff about stats, but i think the most convincing ones are:

 

STR: 120
AGI: 90

VIT: 77

INT:1

DEX:70-90

LUK:(?)

 

So far, ive only have RC on LV. 5, dont know what else i could bump my points into as a priority (probably Cross Ripper Slasher?).

I think research poison increases edp damage so maybe get that next. I could be wrong though.

Maybe look for a cheap slotted worm skin with decent stats and card that with a raydric or a attack card(blanking on names) whatever your preference is.

Something like this probably covers any gear/build possibility you can have for a gx, just swapping gears/stats around.

Arent those skills more PvP-centric (asking since i really dont know)? i think i have should made clear at the beginning that im mostly focused on PvE rather than PVP or WoE...

These blood soaked shoes releases a terrible aura.
Class: Shoes

Atk + 4% per level of Weapon Crush known.
Reduces the variable casting time of Meteor Assault by 7% per level of Counter Slash, Weapon Blocking and Weapon Crush known.
Reduces the cooldown of Hallucination Walk by 5 seconds per level of Weapon Blocking known.
Bypass 20% of hard defense of normal monsters, boss monsters and players when performing a physical attack per level of Counter Slash known.
Enables Level 1 Power Maximize.
Reduces the SP cost of Meteor Assault by 8.
If upgrade level is +5 or higher,
Additional Max HP + 7%
Additional Max SP + 7%
Increases the damage of Meteor Assault by 1% for every base level.
If upgrade level is +7 or higher,
Additional Max HP + 10%
Additional Max SP + 10%
Increases the damage of Meteor Assault by an additional 1% for every base level.
Increases the damage of Meteor Assault by an additional 30% per level of Poison React known.

That seems pretty endgame-y for me though.

 

But if its the most optimal stuff.... i think its ok?

What about stats considering that build?

I was messing arround and this is the only way the points fit, otherwise you go over the lv 50 job limit.

the skill website hasn't been updated for job 60. GX is 175/60. If you get enforcer shoes then aim for those skills. otherwise RC. cloak exceed to help get around and CRS should be fine.

Sharing my build here: https://irowiki.org/...GSrFr2bsrFeFcH1 (Not showing up in Skill Tree but Dark Claw Lv.5 is a must as well)

Its almost identical to Ash's accept I have Cloaking Lv.3 and Katar Mastery Lv.8 instead. This skill build is pretty solid across the board and allows you to cover CRS/DD/Crit depending on your stats for PVM. To answer your question Poison React Lv.10 is to maximize the damage of Meteor Assault from Enforcer Shoes effect. Meteor Assault is great for leveling and I would highly recommend over RC + EDP. Even though the latter is still a very viable option.

 

As for my end game stats:

 

Str: 100

Agi: 120

Vit: 80

Int: 7

Dex: 100

Luk: 90

 

Allows me to run Imp set for CRS alongside Mob Set for crit build. Hope this helps.

Hmm, i guess its more of a choice if im on a budget or not.

 

I think i want to make the build as cheap as possible, but considering that EDP is still somewhat expensive because of how much each poison bottle costs....

 

I also think that with that build i could just go and use either skill (meteor or rc) depending on the circunstance, equip and budget.

 

So, the question now is...

 

How do i reset my skill points without using cash?

Supposedly they give you one reset for free on eden group if i saw that right or not?

there’s a clown on the top left corner in eden that offers free skill reset. It’s a leftover from event so it may disappear soon, but it’s still there atm

that skill build is made just to cover any possibility to how you want to gear your chatacter, either path you pick will be just as strong and be able to deal with the entire game. Use whatever you can afford, and if you feel lime switching it up, the skills are already there for you.

Something like:

Agi: 120 (Imperial Feather)

Vit: 90

Dex: Rest

Luk: 90 (PDM and Luk)

 

This is kind of a jack of all trades build here with Imperial Feather and 90 luk for def penetration without enforcer shoes and crit mode. Otherwise just enforcer shoes for RC/CRS and 100% Def penetration.

That is correct. This stat distribution will allow you to play different builds all in one. If you wanted to go more focus then the stat build would be different.

So, its better to use the build focused on AGI at the end?

You have to consider that im planning to use RC or Meteor Assault if i can get my hands on that sweet endgame equipment.
