Why maximize power doesn't works with maces? Someone would explain me the formula?

I tested maces and daggers, but not Works. Only two handed axe. I Will take a print and post to you see.

it works just fine, likely that you're messing something up

It only affects the base weapon variance not the overupgrade variance.

I got now, I was test with a crimson +9 and hoped to maximize all damage. But the skill fix only the base damage. When tested with two handed axe +0 I got a fix damage and It confused me.
