i'm need to say, the last event has over and i spent all "piece of five" i had in Jakk's Castle Bat [1],

but it's not slotted at the end of event i lost like 5k "piece of five" what i lost like 2 hours farming for a typo,

i dont have any funccion for that and i dont like the sprite i just take for slot nothing more.

i know the staff can't do anything about that excep fix the name so i'm here to ask, please Fix the name and remove [1].

 

And i read all the path notes and noting about "the name of (Jakk's Castle Bat [1]) has wrong it's not slotted", if u can't fix it explain it's not the same to dont have this situation.

 

and i know in anywhere in forum has a post with that info but i'm a player i dont want to read all forum for each event or maintenance, and I'm not saying this angry or blaming someone just upset

If you want we can take the Jakk's Castle Bat back and put in the Pieces of Five back so you can grab something else. If you want that submit a ticket to the GM team asking for that, PM me the ticket number, and I will get them to do it for you.

Got some bats that I would like to exchange back to Pieces of Five too, if possible...

I got a few for the same reason (idea of slotted lower headgear) and it was truly frustrating to try add a card and no bat showing on the headgear list

I think everyone fell into this misunderstanding of the bat, I have some to exchange too if possible after all just caught them because of the slots. In another case, I would have taken all the coins in shadow armors. If possible also wish I could trade.

i just want to confirm there is no intention of releasing the slot on Jakk's Castle Bat for the next 1 to 2 year. if that a affirmative, i will write in to change all my 20 castle bat to piece of five. Thank you

Highly doubt it will be changed, as it never had a slot in the first place.

That's said, the visual bug has been fixed, it should go live on maintenance day.

I had the same problem and if possible I also want to exchange the Jakk's Castle Bat [1] for the coins
