The lag is really bad and it's making the game freeze so frequently.

Sometimes it freezes for 3 to 5 seconds and lead my char to death (from where I normally don't die).

I've lost so much exp because of this.

WarpPortal are you aware of the situation?

Please fix the lag.

It's barely playable with this lag today.
