Can't see the option on this end too.
We will have to wait a few hours for the staff to be in to get this looked into. Sorry for the inconvenience.

yeah i had same problem..... it was there about 4 hours ago but when i claimed the 4 days option got an error then it was gone for good.

I really hope i can still claim it while I'm awake. It's useless if it will just be open for an hour or two

It looks like the the free vip weekend claim turned off early. Due to this we will be honoring tickets submitted before maintenance on 10/31 by adding 4 days of VIP to any game account that writes in and did not previously receive the 4 days of VIP from this event.Please submit a ticket to https://support.warpportal.com with the title "VIP Event Claim". Make sure to include the account name in the ticket body so that they can process your request.

However, how about if I have multiple accounts to claim VIP, can i just send one ticket and just enumerate the accounts?
