ok.. now i cant login any character. after select character to enter the game, it pops out either "failed to connect to server" or "disconnected from server". then when login again and pop out  "server still recognizes your last log-in....". relogin until selecting character, still same either one of two messages. it is repeating. the account has one char in Rachel (supposed respawn in Rachel after died in low TI) and one in Eden. both cant be logged into game. 

Edited: check another account. characters in Eden, Prontera, and Rachel also cant be logged.
