I'm comparing regular and costume New Wave Sunglasses. The regular version has 10% global skill delay reduction while one of the costume variations sports ATK + 1%. Which one is better in your opinion?

Never thought of that. Great idea. Just realized I can equip both at the same time. Thanks. But what if a choice needs to be made between the two? Which one would take your liking?

The original one most of the time, costume enchants rarely matter early on anyway but if you already have a decent midgear then you can opt for the costume

What class are you? 10% alone wont do much for you either way niether 1% atk im sure you could spend 500m or w/e on something else to actually help.

From the way you word it, it sounds like you're not aware yet, but there's only 1 costume variation.
The Atk +1% option you see is actually an enchant

Will search for all Costumes that have the ATK enchant. Adding the phrase "iench" limits the search to enchanted items, so if you want all Costumes with any enchant(s), it's even simpler:

That seems to be correct! 

As for other things, welp, I learned that from a 'failed search'.. it's the page that shows up when you search for something and there are no results:
