  • Find Jakk's spooky presents and turn them in for rewards. Jakk is located at Niflheim (193, 186).
  • Presents can be found by hunting monsters or speaking to some of the Halloween Celebrants in town.

Does Jakk's Hammer downgrade equipments on failed attempts to upgrade? Really wanna upgrade a +9 EDA to a +10, but a bit scared of downgrading it.
