This may be an old complaint, but with RO zero being a thing and reading that the max aspd is now 193 I have to ask again: Is 193 REALLY a good idea? Hitlocking mechanics in RO have always been wonky. Actual hitlocking begins around 192aspd (excluding double/triple/combo attacks). I would suggest either buffing the effect of endure or decreasing the max aspd to 190. I mean, maybe RO is pushing for a faster game play and I just can't keep up. It certainly doesn't help the position lag.
Is 193 aspd good idea?
