Hmm I finally got to the point where it gave me option to make Ragnarok transcendence game account but after I made the account I only see my Ragnarok 1 game accounts not the Ragnarok transcendence game account

If you guys are having trouble registering, try disabling Ad-Block. I remember a long time ago I needed to do so to do anything on the Warp Portal website, so I've just whitelisted the whole thing.

I got the email that the account was created, but yeah, not showing up on my accounts list either.

It shows up in the powerup page, if you click on it you get an error.

I've had similar issues in the past. Disabling my ad-blocker fixed those issues. So if you're using an ad-blocker this is something you could try.

 

Hrishi I was able to pre-register now. I was only allowed to make 1 account though.

 

I was also only able to make one account. I'm guessing it's to stop people from hoarding a large amount pre-registration rewards.

Out of curiosity, are those of you having issues using a VPN by any chance?

Tried connecting with IP's from NA, Brazil, And South Korea. Still wont work from Indonesia

Is there an IP Block for Indonesian player? 
I do need to activate VPN to pre-register, but we also need VPN for the actual game in future?

We can play RO RE:START and Renewal without the VPN. Now we want to play RT but why we need to use VPN for pre-register

I succeeded in pre-registration for existing accounts from chrome.

By deleting cookies, we were able to move to the pre-registration screen for game accounts for existing WP accounts.

Try these means↓

1.Delete all cookies related to warpportal

2.Log in from the link for your existing account on the Ragnarok: Transcendence pre-registration page

In an attempt to gather reported technical issues this far:

• Unable to pre-register from some regions with a message: "You are not allowed to view this content." e.g Indonesia, Brazil, Russia.
  There may be a region lock, assuming that said region already provides the service. There's no official response on this yet so leaving it at that.
• Freshly created Ragnarok: Transcendence account ID does not show up on WP account page > Account Information. It is visible however under Power UP Page, throws a generic server error when clicking on the account ID from Power UP page. Confirmed.
• Can only register 1 account. If going by the known limits, it is 3 game IDs per game, it is possible there's an exception here for beta release. Need official response.
• Users wishing to register using their existing WP account to try the suggestion posted here. The link to login can also be found in the image linked below as it barely stand out in the landing page.

sorry if im kinda lost in your statement cm so bear with me, whenever i click the "here" it links on the wp site login were i usually use , so can i use my old wp account? if so i cant see the RT game on the game list , sorry again cuz im using mobile its late in here...

Yes ad0l. However there is an issue where users cannot see their registered RT account ID.

AFAIK if your region is being served by other game provider you won't be able to pre-register. In my case I'm from Malaysia and I'm unable to pre-register due to my region is being served by the thrashed Electronics Extreme *other game provider*.

Can i ask a question will Ragnarok Transcendence affect my iRO Renewal account for this coming 2 months of Re Opening, meaning would be my account be the same before the Main Servers go down for the mean time? 

And am i required to test RT?

As RT is a totally different server our Renewal server account will remain the same from my understanding.
