It seems I cannot donate in Extra Life. Whenever I choose the "Credit Card" option, it prompts me to input my details properly even when I triple checked that my details I inputted manually is correct and still receive that message. When I choose the "PayPal" option, it prompts me that the payment is not well timed of some sorts. Probably a problem. I can't also choose the "Amazon" option since I do not have any Amazon account and won't accept my (debit) card, and thus my only options are Credit/Debit and PayPal only.

 

Also I checked my bank account connected to my card and there's still enough amount remaining inside, so it's not a problem about lack of money in my side.

Did you try using another web browser or disabling the addons?

I tried using both Chrome, Opera, and Firefox while disabling addons. Also tried 2 different ISP. I'll recheck again later if my bank account would consume my money without successfully donating.

 

EDIT: Changing E-mail address placed still gives the same errors. Also it seemed whenever I select my country (which is Philippines), it will reselect itself to Australia instead and cannot select any state/province.

Are you still having issues donating through ExtraLife?

Speaking with the staff, WP does not control the page, such as if there are extra restrictions or requirements then that's done by ExtraLife itself. If the errors are recurring I'd suggest contacting ExtraLife support for assistance.

Update: It seems it's really their end that I cannot process by choosing the "Credit Card" option. As for the PayPal option, it's my account that has the problem and now successfully donated.

 

Also last question: Will the rewards be inserted this morning (PST) or afternoon too since it's still Friday?

I am not really sure yet on the insertions for today.
