When I launch the game through Ragnarok.exe I get multiple error codes involving the following error code:

"The procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located in the dynamic link library"

 

I managed to fix this problem by renaming the file "dbghelp.dll" to "dbghelp_old.dll" in the game directory but now I get a new error message upon trying to launch the game: "Cannot init d3d OR grf file has problem".

 

I use Windows 10 if that's related and the following are my specs:

 

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.39 GHz

Installed RAM: 16 GB

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

 

Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

 

Try the following:

1. Close every active Ragnarok game client.
2. Browse to your Ragnarok game folder, find and launch Setup.exe as an admin.
3. Adjust the Graphic settings and Screen Size properly (choosing higher resolutions will not work for RO client).
4. Click Ok when done.
5. Proceed and launch the game like normal.
