I wanted to buy a Reset Stone to change to third job, but all the Kafra Shops on the second floor of the Eden Group show no item whatsoever. Same thing for the Cash Shop in the upper right corner.
Is there a bug and is there somewhere else I can buy my Reset Stone?

Kafra shop have been disabled until the server re-open next February 2020. You can buy the reset stone from other player or you can exchange it from Merry Badger NPC inside the Eden for 8 Eden Merit Badges.
