i just made an alchemist and i got a homunculus, i though you just needed to feed him once and the intimacy would go to loyal, but when i feed him the intimacy stays at awkward, am i missing something?
how does homunculus loyalty event works?

I didn't know the event was active currently! Usually it's after the weekly maintenance that you feed them and they change to loyal as the data has to be adjusted manually first.

You need to prepare homunculus before the previous maintenance. If you just made it today then you have wait for another maintenance but im afraid the server close already.
