Once they pass the internal test, we will announce beta dates and a timeline of releases. Then we will start working on the first RT: Dangerous Dungeon map - based on your feedback!

So this means we cannot avail the VIP features like VIP buffs, All Base/Job EXP Distribution at Gramps and Bounty, and many more?

they're saying that the VIP "TIME" is frozen, so as far as I understand that the VIP effects are still on. 

 

and regards to RT if its an upgraded version of zero then some of the MVP's effect are not the same as renewal?! if so then I would vote for prontera culvert being dangerous.
