It’s the way you kill the mvp make the mvp HP to 1 then you have to do a maximum damage over 9000 times of his current hp.

Thats usually not how random number generators work.
0.02% is usually not 0.02%, you might find it changes from player to player.

My ritual is hovering your mouse over the monster, choose the skill you want to kill it with and click the left mouse button.
That's the only ritual you'll need.

I've gotten 2 on official iRO a VERY LONG TIME AGO, when it was 0.01%
Back then I would time MVPs and handwrite their respawn timers.
I would solo as many as I could and recruit other good players for the others.
My only advice is to kill as many as you can. Do not expect to get a specific MVP card, rather attempt to claim as many MVP spawns as humanly possible.
