Seeing as how several vendors are selling on Ragial these 100 Silvervine Boxes, both a friend and I jumped onto them to play the enchanting game, but lo and behold they don't work. We've tried several maps, made sure we have a nude character with enough weight available but they just don't open.

 

Asking around some of the old timers it seems this issue has been around for a while but we cannot find a report in the official forums. Another one mentioned these being from "Restart server" and "not working on iRO" though they exist and are being freely vended on Prontera and Eden.

 

Any clue how to fix this?

Have you made sure the character with the box has enough space, not weight. A user may only hold 100 unique items in inventory at once.

Yes, as mentioned, even nude characters cannot open it. More people have pm'd me stating this is an RESTART crossover item which is currently bugged.  If it is so, can we sent a ticket to a have a GM manually substitute it for the 10x 10 Silvervine boxes it's supposed to give?

The item shouldn't behave like that, nor it should be tradable at this point. For the issue at hand, please submit a ticket and request assistance in opening the box for you.

Thanks, we can close this topic. After submitting a ticket, a GM manually changed the 100 Silvervine boxes for the appropriate 10 Silvervine boxes.

 

This item should not even be traded nor vended yet it still shows up on Ragial. Please do take note. I bought them "on the cheap" for the purposes of using said Silvervine for Malangdo enchants.
