As I imagined I can't make it work in Linux conditions due to (probably) the much awaited anti-bot system.

If anyone manages to make this work on Linux or even on a Mac, please do report back on how to do it. It is unbelievable that there is no official support at least for Mac in this day and age. But again, if they can't even properly prepare for a BETA launch 2 months in advance, what can we expect..

Hm, the anti-cheat system gives me an error on my comp with RO (Renew & Classic) installed and yet I can get it to work on my laptop.

Which error are you getting?
I was getting ummm something like #0000000, when i was trying to load in some cheats.

With the windows error, i would be surprised if gravity installed some kind of virus to spy on us. I dont really trust korean industry and their abuse via p2w or to their employes

 

BTW, if this really is the same anticheat they use in BRO, there will be bots.

I think tis cause anticheats they act like rootkits.many antiviruses and security suites flag game anticheats cause of this reason.

i got the installer in RT fb page and starting downloading , i read about the problems about eac see i told you all that program ruins it because ive been experience that while beta testing in new flyff many weird issues happened that i didnt know if its resolve cuz i quit there , now imagine at the launch of renewal using eac and problem still occurs well thats a good bye for my 4 years iRO playing.... but for now im downloading the installer to see...

So, I did get to install it properly However, I couldn't log-in (MSI_ERROR_EMAIL_NOT_CONFIRMED, or something like that), eventhough I'm sure I've confirmed it. Then, I closed the game and try to open the patcher again, but now it shows "checking server" and I can't start the game.
