I just started playing Ragnarok last night with my friends, put in about 3 hours and was able to get to my second job. Decided to log out for the night and I checked the next day and my character isnt in character select. My friends still has his character but mine for some reason is gone. Its not even been 24 hours and this happens. Please HELP!!!!

Make sure you are logging into the correct server.

HI Tranquility I have made sure, i am in the Chaos server, i have tried all the servers and my character isnt in any of them

Have you went through the character selection windows? There are multiple so scroll through them, if the character is not to be found then submit a ticket:
