You are fine if you enabled the newsletter, the codes have not been sent out yet.

how's everyone being able to download patcher when its asking a code and I have had pre registered the day it was released and still I haven't gotten any codes... what should be my next step?

Click the download link in the top right of the screen.

 

You don't need the code to download/install.

 

Keep in mind it will still throw an error after the patcher, as the fixed EXE hasn't been released yet. There should be a patch sometime after 5 Pacific to fix that.

when press start will have to wait abit for anti cheating load and start

Will the beta test be exclusive to any country or will all accounts created have a chance to receive the key?

Everyone who has an account and has their preferences set to receive the Newsletter will get a key.

If I had switched from turning the newsletter from off to on after creating an account, will I still get a key?

I have newsletter on and created an account back in November. I did not receive a code.
