I am getting the exact error message too, it could be intended (?) since server is still offline. I will confirm with the staff and update this post as soon as I am able.

This error message will be resolved by using a beta code once they are sent out.
I just got pre-registered and i just only confirmed my email today..
Same error applies...

Login to your Warpportal account, make sure Newsletter has been enabled before the registration occurred. The option is found under Account Information. You can also check mmorpg.com, they are giving away some keys:

Login to your warpportal account, ensure you have Ragnarok Transcendence account ID registered and not iRO ID, and that ID/email matches the one you are entering to said page.

Yup, I do have a Ragnarok Transcendence Online account. I got the email and confirmed it too. No luck.

I have the same problem as the person above. Im in the U.S, my email provider is Yahoo and I've tried on 2 different browsers, typed the gameID exactly and am using the correct email address and beta code. Haven't had any luck in these 3 days...

In regarding "User doesn't exist" error when attempting to redeem beta code, the issue has been found and is being investigated. I have not heard back from the staff if it's resolved but if you are seeing this error try again. One of the affected users was able to redeem today.

Region is blocked from registering the game title.
