This is a know issue due to using the new sale system. It is in the pin.

Click the quest to send it to inactive tab for now, this is one of the things that's unlikely to get resolved.

Describe the issue: Sometimes, when I Turn Undead Evil Druids, they make the animation of dying when TU fails, their hp appears to zero, then they attack you and you can again see their life correctly. Once, I was attacked by one of them, interrupting my cast, and I couldn't use anything in my skill bar (shortcut keys), not skills, nor items, so I died and couldn't test further. After going back to kafra, I could use everything again. I was not overweight.

Same happened several times today while killing myst cases and cruisers in toy factory using thief with dagger. Monsters seemed to die, performing the animation of death, while they shouldnt because not enough damage was caused, then they perform the attack animation right after that and life bar is shown again with the correct amount of hp. Once this happens, on every attack the monster keeps repeating death animation with every attack it suffers (seems that, sometimes, the death animation replaces the animation of suffering damage). One time this happened and my thief kept attacking "the air" for some seconds after the monster was killed.

Has anyone else seem that happen?

Describe the issue: from this coordinates it's possible to see a great amount of monsters acumulating in a spot unreachable by any class/skill, reducing the amount of mobs in the map

The issue where mobs instantly re-spawn before their death animation ends is a known issue since closed beta.

So far, it was confirmed to happen with most monsters, if not all at a random chance. A video demonstrating the issue has been submitted to the staff for further analysis.

Describe the issue: The archer tutor quest isn't activating. If I remember well, you could start it by talking with the bard inside the Archer Guild. After that, we should talk with Kavaruk, and then go up to the village, etc... But nothing happens, Kavaruk (is that his name?) don't start the quest.

This doesn't work for me either. Would like to know if its bugged or not.

 

Also, I'd still like to know if Merchants not being able to open buying shops without VIP is intentional or not as well.

For updates please keep an eye on this section, normally the staff will put a note of fixes and what's not.

I bought a 100k worth slotted ribbon with Myst case. My money is gone and the item from the shop is also gone but I did not got the item. I tried to check the Battle Message and it got some kind of error. I tried to re log in but the item did not appear. Date: 16/01/2020 Character Name: Roromori Job: Merchant
Edit: Item Lost: Ribbon[Cubic]
I bought another 59k worth battle axe[2] option: Dex + 1 and I lost it again! Please Help!

Update: Found it at the upper right corner. Sorry, did not know because I got the things I bought immediately.

Check your mail in game (rodex), if the seller was using offline vending then purchased items will be delivered through mail service. If the items are not there then contact support by sending a ticket.
