Since i didnt found any info about bugs on this quest, im making this topic. Sorry if theres one already but here it goes.
I had this quest to be finished on my mage. Today i did it, got all proofs did all the necessary steps but when i reach the Portal i cant pass although i have the 3 canopics it keeps telling me to talk to an Orlean Ambassador to know how to feed him (Bond in B1 to whom i talked doing the Sustaining Orlean portal quest with no problem at all).
My question is simple: is this quest reported as bugged and so i'll have to wait to finish it or did i miss something here?

try to relog in and talk to bond again
