In noob zone I have select acolyte manual. Place bless and agi on the main panel of skill. Then I select swordsman manual. But I still have bless and agi on my skill panel. I attached the screenshot.

Bless and agi do not work. But icons did not disappear.

it has always been like that in every mmorpg you play, because the shortcuts can be used for a lot of stuff other than skills, so things you put there stick around normally

Does relogging resolve the issue? If I remember correctly, this bug exists on Renewal servers.
