but still casting pretty fast. coz she got casting time reduction gears

 

i hope we get casting time reduction option too.

coz now.. wiz are pretty weak even with 99 dex 99 int... it feels like storm gust, lov, meteor casting time be like 10years

i rarely see any wizard grinding with storm gust/aoe nowdays in RT.. they're like still using firewall/firebolt combo

I know most mage/wizard spells get significant cast time reductions along with the removal of after cast delay, albeit with cooldowns so you can't spam the SAME spell super fast.

It's what they should have done when renewal released to balance the massive nerf to int matk, but renewal was made for third jobs so they didn't care.

Although zero changes will make some spells do a bit more damage, the real highlight is how fast you can throw them along with no aftercast time, which is why the person in the vid can cast SG then immediately follow up with LoV.

 

It's enough that you should probably seriously consider improve sp recovery when the changes come. (which also gets buffed)
