yes lets waste more of GM time after a 4th time this issue is brought up again. took less than 3 weeks to get 102 bbs. and thats for us to know and for u to figure out how =]. ill give u a hint. wandering merchant has similar behaviour as kublin

lol this server panned out how I suspected.


Don't expect people to play fair in RO because unfortunately it's not a skill based game. I don't know why you guys bother playing this server when the end-game result will always be the same: exploits and monopolies.

Can the admins at least look at Soul Destroyer on this server? The game has degenerated into an SD war. Damage has been pushed too far (Donuts, Bonus damage on headgears etc) but survivability didn't catch up. It's like a Wild Wild West where its just SD everywhere, its too meta. Even knights wearing full anti-ranged damage still die on one shot. EDP makes it too strong and adding the ability to endow is just pure gravy.

I suggest to FORCE SOUL DESTROYER TO NEUTRAL during WoE only. This simple adjustment will make it a lot more balanced without affecting PvM.  At least give a fighting chance to all other classes.

Can we make the costume bell flower effect permanent? This is actually the most balance headgear you've released. It makes grinding/farming fun (to others bearable). Please keep its effect permanent, you would be doing us farmers a favor.

This is so true. They wont do anything. And alot of macro users they ignore. Macro which is illegag ingame.

This ridiculous. I have a friend that spent most of his time hunting Dolomedes for a bradium ring[1]. After countless hours of hunting and spending close to 50 HE gums, he's gotten a few cards from this drop event and 0 rings. He ONLY found out that the item wasn't available after ticketing that in or else he would still be spending more time/gums hunting it. Why would the GM release new content without its drop? More or less, please update your ban item list so that we're spending our time/resources on chasing a non existing (only in RoT) item/card. That is asome new level of GM incompetence here. I can't even phantom GM releasing 3rd class at all. With all the missing items/cards here, it wouldn't even surprise me at all if they release 3rd class with having nerf/disable skills.

Not sure where else to put this so it's going here:

 

Can the exp for Bio3 monsters be increased for ROT?  Currently, there is literally no reason to do anything in Bio3 besides the MVP.  Previously, there would be floor parties and HWiz-farming parties but now there's only Magma 2, Majorus, and Valk GD parties for leveling (Dragons are dumb because of the stun due to level difference, if only we had a slight level cap increase like Chaos is getting......................).  Anyway, Bio3 isn't worth the time and effort like it used to be.  Players aren't learning how to play their class with endgame mobs because there's no incentive to learn.  2x or 3x experience per mob would be a good trade off for a SinX or LK potentially wiping an entire party, it would overall bring more fun to the game so it's not the SAME.  OR, instead, have a weekly rotating dungeon that's increased Exp overall to encourage people to move around and not just go to Magma 2 >.>  #MakeROTFunAgain #MakeTheRewardWorthTheRisk

 

If the plan is to eventually have 3rd class, there's STILL no reason to come to Bio3, again, the risk isn't worth the reward.

 

Additionally, we love the potting NPC you put in for slims, however, only being able to carry 200-250 white potions at the most at one time and walking back and forth is actually worse than no NPC.  Can you at least look into putting a kafra/tool dealer/guild storage next to the guy? It IS the merchant guild so all of that makes sense.

Hi! can you put back releasing of the seals to 100x, this really important for active community, those who invest time in WoE Supplies, lead guilds and are always rushing to buy expensive materials rare to find to do seal quets

one way to address demands of balancing SD without actually nerfing it is to allow Defending Aura to block the physical portion of SD. This will not make paladins OP as they have a relatively lower dmg than everyone else, the casting time of sacrifice is very slow, and the aura is affected by Dispel. This way, SD can remain endowable and EDP retains its multiplier. The gameplay might become more interesting and may promote more interest in jobs other than LK and sinx. This might also revive the interest in magic users like High Wizards and Scholars and in cards like Maya, Cat O' Nine Tails, Agav, and Scaraba because of the new role MATK will play if this is implemented.

If SD is killing you, switch gears. If it still kills you, get better gear. Nerfing any skill is never a good idea. Before the newer frenzy fields/instance content came out and max hp pools were a fraction of their current there may have been some merit to a nerf, but gear has closed the gap that once existed between max hp and raw damage output.

 

The real issue RT is facing comes in the form of players trying to change the server to benefit them personally. Y'all know who you are.

HocusPocus418 is from UC that keeps posting on Discord everyday about nonsense against other guilds especially CNC. He keeps repeating this nonsense and bragging how his guild "UC" kept on stealing god item creation while CNC members do the seals for them. Do not listen to this guy. Everyone knows he's out of his mind and we're trying our best to ignore his nonsense comments on discord. 
 
To WP GMs,
You all can see what UC guild has done and god items created. Please don't let these comments from UC to affect your decision making after they created 10-12 god items themselves. This game has to be fair for everyone. If small guilds have problem creating gods, it's simply recruiting strategy. CNC and UC did not become big all of sudden. They recruited as well and so other guilds can do that as well. 
 
Leave the seals as it is. We're only 100-200 online daily and current seals is just enough. If this was 2000-3000 members online, I would not disagree at all.

Greetings! I have a proposal concerning to Seals Quest and KVM farming.

Many know that KVM rewards are a cheap way to get good weapons to adapt in Competitive Game PvP such as WoE 1 or WoE 2, this because features of Glorious Weapons for most Jobs.

Due to average-low population is a little dificult to farm KVM in Battlegrounds mode because of the requirements to complete a Match and also the price of Glorious Weapons.
Seals Quest are a good way to giving players a way to level up fast their characters and also farm KVM, but KEEP IN MIND Seals close too fast.

Seal Quest are closing way too fast before players can complete for what they need (leveling and KVM).

Finding a Party for leveling up and for Battlegrounds KVM farm today is dificult, in a server hour for someone can be 3 AM, for someone else can be 6 PM, this divides players time and Schedule of activities where is a sacrifice unatend some activities to team up and reunite with people across the globe in a not-optimal time.

By Making God Creation Delay until each player makes Seals 100-200 times Will give players the oportinity to level faster and Transcend Their characters, also level 4 weapons like Brocca or Combat Knife that are part of the Meta and High Tier Rank Equips in Competitive, also Glorious Weapons from KVM too.

For a player that wants to start in the Game, is Hard to stay because he won't find a party to level up and he won't find the money to Buy a Twin Edge +10, Brocca+10.

Is almost imposible for a new incomimg player to gather 200 million zeny to 1 billion Zeny in few weeks to Buy what he Will need to be competitive and play the optimal way.

If Gods are released after 100-200 Seals Quest Made each, all the community would participate and integrate to finish transcending their characters and get Glorious Weapons which are really good for the Slaughter bonus, and the increase % of damage against Humans in WoE first and Second Edition. Players would invest more money in KP on what they need to upgrade their weapons to get the bonus, instead of buying zeny and competitive equips ilegally which is part of the cause of market crash

If God release is delayed to 100-200 Seals, community won't have to Buy zeny and equips ilegally, because Glorious Weapons can be better in competitive Game, and would try to invest in Enriched Oridecon and HD Oridecon to get all they need to High upgrade level

This is really posible because all Glorious Weapons of a kind are equal as they don't have Weapon Enchants, which Will give players the attitude to farm several Glorious until they have one +10 for each character they like

THIS ANOTHER DIFERENT TOPIC
An idea to increase population is Cute Pet System.

A considerable part of players online everyday, login to feed their pets in order to evolve them. A lot of players are interested in buying Pet Tame at High prices or evolved pets.

My idea would be to sell boxes with Random Pet Tames or Rare Pet Eggs in the Kafra Shop, so people who login everyday to Loyal their Cute Pets, people who buys Rare Pet Tames at High prices and also people who plays RT for collection purposes can invest money in Kafra Points to find the specific Pets they love.

Players would pay considerable quantities of cash invested on Kafra to get Rare Pets and also a lot of people would be forced to be online to Make Loyal their pets, mostly because of the Loyal bonus once they reach that intimacy and also because intimacy lowers when the owner is defeated
