im having graphical issues. intel core i7-8700k cpu @ 3.70 ghz, 32.o gb ram, nvidia ge force rtx 2080 8 gig ram. all I get is in game menus and white background.  character creation I see clickable items, but no background or even character. all white. been trying to figure it out for over 3 hours. no posts that I have found give solution. I can run any game maxed graphics with ease. thought it might have been steam, but ran independently with same issue. please help
