The billing for this game is ridiculous! First time purchase of WP from the site has verification process that can take up to 24 hours. What the ****?! I can't wait for that kind of time!

I am not gonna do any transaction if the billing process is like this, I may even quit RT!

If I login to the game on this 1-hour-delayed OBT and I see the Cash Shop there and even account services, I am quitting the game. With your billing process, you will grab my face and shove it on the dirt!

24 hour eh?! 24 hour of loss for you to charge me! Believe me, I am not paying for losses!

First time payment always require a verification, though from what I have been told this is only for direct payment methods such as credit card.

If you cannot wait then I'd suggest trying the next available payment options as they appear to you in the payment panel.

But other games don't do this. We all know warp portal, they are one of the greediest, lazy, and incompetent mother puppy**. I don't see the point of them doing this, it is so stupid at their end, it's like a devil that don't wanna rob a bank.

IIRC long ago there was a problem with certain players using fraudulent CCs that caused chargebacks. so as usual, it's a handful of toxic players making things inconvenient for the majority of the playerbase.

If you send a ticket to payment with your verification request and send me the ticket number in a PM I may be able to help but it is close to end of day as payment staff only operates at normal office hours.

Boi even bloody PayPal has a delay for confirmation when you try to register a new card on it.

All, as in not a single one exempted, non-WarpPortal games I played does do this at least only once, even some would take 72 hours or even having them verified every single payment, unlike here that I only wait at least 24 hours and only happened once every few years.

 

If the verification lasts more than 7 days including weekends and holidays, that's the time I might get raged or something.

 

And yes, even mobile games that has in-game purchases.

 

And also yes, there's a point in this to secure both the user's and the company's (WP's) sensitive data and information to prevent what @azumak1 mentioned, among many others, that will occur.
