As stated in the topic title: The merchant skill "Discount" has no effect on armor and weapon shops.

 

I'm not sure if it's intentional, but no "sell" option exists for weapon/armor shops and they seem to have limited quantity (990000) of each item, though I'm not sure if the quantity actually decreases.

I too have the same issue is kind of anoying since i usually sell my stuff to the weapon guy and also TY for letting us know the Discount doesnt work on weapons i actually hope this will be fixed in future patches

The no sell button is supposedly intended though it can be looked into as well.

Merchant's skill discount doesn't work with NPC which sell weapon. Moreover other items can't be purchased with discount. Even blue gemstones does not have dicount http://prntscr.com/qli3mu

 

Please fix it, because it is important on server start, when you do not have enough zeny.

This is too annoying that you discount skill are not working on buying weapons and armors even arrows for buying from NPC.
