What is the RT experience system like? I read that it uses Renewal's EXP table with a 2% variation.

But what about the experience gain punishment for defeating monsters with lvls higher than you, does that exist in Transcendence?

 

Do we still have to be in the range of 15 levels of the mob lvl to gain EXP?

Or no EXP punishment at all?
