I'm attempting to get vip time to create more characters on my account and for some reason it isn't working. I purchased the 10 day in game and tried to convert the 1500 option through the site as it said i was eligible for the 30day vip with the 1500 conversion. Still nothing, is this a known bug or am i doing something wrong?

Please write in a ticket to the payment department. VIP for RT can now be purchased in-game.

 

On next server restart, users will be able to make 6 characters for free. The rest will require VIP, supposedly through the VIP item. However, currently the VIP item doesn't and cannot unlock slots.

The website will have to be corrected too, I brought it to the head of the GM team today. When sending a ticket include a screenshot showing the issue with the VIP notifications on the page.

Wait, so does this mean there is going to be another character wipe? Or after the next maintenance the additional slots are being added?

There will be no server wipe.
