It's the same as mine, perhaps. I try to register from the PlayRagnarok page, or even from the WP page. Neither seems to work.

Where are you connecting from?
Did you try another web browser or perhaps another device but on the same network?

Brazil, but i got it with my account, but with my friend account don't.

All right, if the issue persists you may or your friend write in to WP support. There may be an issue with the ID.

I have the same issue with the same error like in the first post. I created a new fresh warpportal account yesterday and then can't create a new ro trans game account.
Today I got a new error: http://prntscr.com/ql6opl
And looks like this issue is not individual and a lot of players can't register a new ro trans account.

That error is a security check, user will have to wait to be able to register again. If the issue persists after a day or 2 contact Warpportal support.
