I made my account on Steam [YEARS AGO FOR RENEWAL], if i remember correctly. When you make an account on Steam; you'd have to purchase WP-Points through steam and not the WP website.

Does that still apply to Transcendence? Because i used the same e-mail account on steam, to make my iro transcendence account.

I believe it can be tested.

If RT account does not show up under payment then you will need to use Steam overlay for purchases. If it appears then use WP page to buy points.

Probably best to contact Payment Department for further input
