I'm really struggling to be sure if RT is Renewal, Pre-Renewal or Revo-Classic stats mechanics.

Can you help me?

Renewal. the only thing that makes it different from revoclassic is castime.

afaik revoclassic fixed cast time is removed. making bowling bash knights OP lol..
