The card says it causes Double Attack by 5% chance instead of triggering Double Attack Skill lvl 1. My question is, is it stackable? if I use 2 cards will I have 10% chance?

It grants you the lv1 skill.
Equipping 8 of them will give you 8x Lv1 Double Attack, wich is Lv1 Double Attack.

I think Sidewinder card its only really good with Thief classes.Rogue with bow and Assasin with Katar, because it uses the lvl 10 Double Attack.
