Hi, 

I used to play RO from long time ago. Probably last played 10 years ago. LOL. Just started a week ago in Ragnarok Transcendence.
A lot changed in the game and I was wondering where to learn the cart decoration skill for merchant. I searched google and it says to learn from an NPC in Eden group. 
Can't seem to find access to Eden group either. 

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Eden doesn't exist in Ragnarok Transcendence so is the quest, at least not yet.

Perhaps the quest will be made available at a later time with requirements appropriate to the server.

Its been months now and still no EDEN quests but I see a lot of Merchies with decorated carts... How to?

This issue has been resolved for a while:
NPC Cart Tuner Galijo located at Prontera 164 196.
